It seems everyday you read in the newspaper that the PTCL employees are threatening to shut down the country's communications setup, unless they are given more money.  I say give them more money.  It might help them put the paper into the printers right side up!

The other day in DHA Lahore, one of the main intersections was in complete chaos due to traffic lights that were shut off.  In the absence of any Policeman, a passerby had to resort to doing the job that the government is supposed to do.
